1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the warehouse operations, including receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
