1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and falls under the 1st Shift category with a 7:00AM start time.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Schedules:

Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
Schedule B: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays
Schedule C: Every other weekend
Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

You must be 18 years or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
