Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
