1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for a productive work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
