Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and organizing merchandise to ensure timely delivery to our stores. This position offers an hourly wage of $23.75 and an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Inspect products and report quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
