1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
