1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
