Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse appearance standards.

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
