1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with colleagues and warehouse leadership. This role requires the ability to work independently, make decisions, and contribute to process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate positive attitudes and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
