Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi to join our dynamic team. The position offers up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements are met. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to drive process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and within a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
