1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
