Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with potential starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will relocate merchandise, prepare shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and participate in inventory counts. You will work collaboratively with the warehouse team and follow established guidelines to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and abide by company policies.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible to work in varying temperatures and shift schedules.
