1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties, cooperates with peers, and communicates effectively.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts and suggests process improvements.
• Inspects product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Acts independently within the delegated responsibility area.
• Assists warehouse management in achieving goals and follows company policies and procedures.
• Operates equipment safely and notifies management of any concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, operate powered equipment.
