Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
