1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at ALDI. As a package handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
