Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in variable temperatures and environments.
