Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the Aldi team. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and improve processes. Our ideal candidate will be 18 years or older and demonstrate qualities such as conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
