1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at ALDI. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Interact with peers, suppliers, and management for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect product quality and safety, maintaining compliance with standards.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
