1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work both independently and in a team, and upholds ALDI Acts competencies.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
