1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This position is part-time, offering fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise following product guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain physical agility to move merchandise and work in varying temperatures.
