1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to fulfill store orders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
