1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting with a competitive wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Schedules available:

• Schedule A1

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties.
• Participates in inventory counts and cooperates effectively with peers.
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspects product quality and safety.
• Acts independently and assists in achieving goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and teamwork.
• Adapts positively to challenges and strives for success.
• Organized, efficient, and complies with standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, and operating equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and safely operating equipment.
