1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to ensure our stores are well-stocked for our valued customers. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for optimal warehouse productivity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
