1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This full-time role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
