1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour (depending on shift and schedule differential pay). The available schedules are Schedule D and Schedule B. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, managing inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
