Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers receive high-quality goods. Our warehouse team members work in various areas, and we provide thorough training and safety programs to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
