Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise efficiently to fulfill orders. Your responsibilities will include maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
