1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• General cleaning, inventory counts, and communication.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Skills: Attention to detail, communication, teamwork.
• Education: High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise and operate equipment.
