1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities will include relocating products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse management team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations and follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
