1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The 1st Shift begins at 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report quality or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality and safety concern in work.
• Collaborate well in a team environment.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
