1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the growing team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
