1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently organizing, relocating, and handling merchandise to fulfill store orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
