Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. The position offers full-time hours, with shifts starting at 7:00 AM. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent communication abilities.
