1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI, a leading company in the industry. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and follow warehouse procedures.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines while operating equipment.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
