1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to process improvements. Additionally, you will be required to follow company policies, demonstrate positive attitudes, and drive for success.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environments.
