Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock handling, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, and adapt to challenges.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
