Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your contributions will directly impact the fulfillment of store orders and overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and in a timely manner.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Contribute to process improvements and budget goals achievement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
