Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently. You will be part of a dedicated and hardworking team working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer input to enhance warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and basic arithmetic abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
