1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to process improvement. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.

Job Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate competencies such as conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
