Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
• Working in various temperatures and environments.
