Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). The role involves various schedules (A1, A2, B, C, D) and duties such as receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, warehouse maintenance, inventory counts, and ensuring product quality and safety. The ideal candidate must demonstrate initiative, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
