2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
