2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team for the 2nd shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and supervisors. The role involves physical tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and load/unload shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, participate in inventory counts, and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, adhere to safety guidelines, and achieve budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely, follow ergonomic procedures, and notify management of any concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated competencies in conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate machinery, and work in varying temperatures.
