2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift Information

• Shift: 2nd Shift, starting at 3:00 pm
• Schedules:
  • Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
  • Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
  • Schedule B: Rotating weekend shifts
  • Schedule C: Bi-weekly weekend shifts
  • Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
