2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Movement of merchandise and operation of powered equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
