Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and handling merchandise to fulfill store orders. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas to ensure optimal product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues, providing input to warehouse management.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
