2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our stores efficiently to meet the demands of our customers. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
