2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Alternating weekend shifts
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious and collaborative behaviors.
• Possess a positive attitude and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
