2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in our warehouse to fulfill orders for our stores. Working in a collaborative environment, you will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, achieving inventory goals, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
