2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, coordinating shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
